Pernod Ricard Winemakers launches global graduate initiative in search of its Future Vintage.

Today, Pernod Ricard Winemakers, the global wine company behind premium wine brands Jacob’s Creek, Brancott Estate and Campo Viejo, is calling on graduates to take part in its new Graduate Program.

Ambitious university graduates who have a passion for wine, desire to travel and an entrepreneurial spirit have the opportunity to join Pernod Ricard Winemakers as a Graduate Wine Ambassador or a Graduate Winemaker.

During their time on the program, graduates will receive hands-on vintage experience in up to three wineries around the world and spend time at Pernod Ricard Winemakers’ global head offices. This will be part of a two-year placement in key international markets or wineries.


The graduate program comprises two opportunities: 

Graduate Wine Ambassadors, the representatives of Pernod Ricard Winemakers in market, will take part in training programs, gain industry qualifications (including the Wine and Spirit Education Trust Level 2 Certificate) and hands-on experience of wine operations, marketing and sales in Australia, New Zealand and Spain.

Graduate Winemakers will take part in a two-year program working with wine experts from around the world who will assist them in developing their technical knowledge. They will gain practical winemaking experience during vintage, either in Australia, based in the Barossa Valley or New Zealand, based in Marlborough and Hawke’s. Additionally, they will get exposure to other areas of the business such as Marketing and Sales.
