The purpose of this Code of Business Conduct is to set out in one place the principal standards that we expect all. Pernod Ricard employees to follow in eight key areas:

- anti-bribery,

- competition,

- anti-money laundering,

- insider trading,

- conflicts of interest,

- data protection,

- digital and social media use and

- brand security.

Complying with the law and this Code is about more than keeping out of trouble and looking good. It’s about being a constructive participant in the communities where we do business. It’s about taking part in promoting a level playing field.

It’s also about making sure that we do all we can to earn and keep the confidence of our customers, business partners, shareholders and other stakeholders. This confidence is part of what makes up our reputation and is one of the key drivers of our success.
