Employees

As a decentralised international group, Pernod Ricard continues to grow with the support of the talented men and women among its ranks. Staff creativity is valued in a human resources policy based on a strong business culture.

Introduction

Our greatest source of pride? The very strong commitment of Pernod Ricard employees, who are loyal to a company that motivates them and gives them the opportunity to develop and improve. According to our internal survey, ‘I-Say’*, 94% of the Group’s collaborators declare to be proud to be part of Pernod Ricard. They are also far more committed overall than those in similar organisations: 62% of respondents are even “strongly committed” to the Group, for an average of 39% in the field.

Bruno Rain
Pernod Ricard was built under the impetus of ‘entrepreneurs’, pioneers who established a local presence in every major geographical region. The model is therefore based on a culture of decentralisation, empowerment of local teams, and a spirit of conviviality, born of mutual trust between the employees.
This culture prizes autonomy and creativity while encouraging dialogue and the sharing of experiences at all levels. Pernod Ricard is committed to a participatory management style and  determined to give each of its managers the key competencies needed to express its leadership.
