As part of the commitment agreed upon last October at the ICAP International Conference: Global Actions in Washington, Pierre Pringuet, CEO of Pernod Ricard was today in Da-Nong, Vietnam, where ICAP has just expanded the pilot programme in its fight against drunk driving. The primary objective of the programme is to raise awareness and educate high-risk sections of the population (young drivers, truck drivers, etc.) about the dangers of alcohol consumption when driving. This was materialized by an agreement signed by local authorities, non-governmental organizations and Pernod Ricard, the official sponsor of this campaign. This initiative will be rolled out to seven major cities in Vietnam.
