Responsib’All Day: an important CSR moment for the company
Launched in 2011, the Responsib’All Day seeks to encourage the sharing of best practices as well as the implementation of concrete initiatives by gathering all Pernod Ricard employees for one day devoted to CSR. The objective of this day is to make every one of the 18.000 employees an ambassador of responsible consumption.
Responsib’All Day 2015: Promoting the 5 industry commitments
Today, 11 June 2015, Pernod Ricard is celebrating the fifth edition of Responsib’All Day. This company event brings together the Group's 18,000 employees to focus exclusively on promoting responsible drinking. The day includes many different initiatives, including field work, meetings with consumers, promoting the Wise Drinking app which was launched in 2014 during the fourth Responsib'All Day, etc.
For the 2015 edition, Pernod Ricard is announcing that it is committing its sales force to promoting the key principles of responsible distribution among retailers. Pernod Ricard's 5,500 salespeople throughout the world will distribute 500,000 pamphlets to their main customers (cafés, hotels, restaurants and major retailers). These pamphlets remind people of the 8 key principles needed for responsible distribution of alcoholic beverages and serve as a useful, educational reference on such matters as the amount of alcohol contained in a standard glass.
Responsib’All Day 2014: Digital in the service of the 5 industry commitments
The fourth edition of the Responsib’All Day was held on the 22nd may 2014. This Responsib’All Day was focused on the digital tools. A free mobile app, aiming at educating consumers about responsible consumption, was launched on the same day. Entitled Wise Driking, it constitutes the first worldwide app devoted to responsible drinking. The organization of a digital relay in each affiliate enabled the 18.000 employees to use the app for promoting Pernod Ricard engagement and progress regarding the 5 industry commitments.
Responsib’All Day 2013: Focus on the 5 industry commitments
The third edition of the Responsib’All Day took place on the 5th June 2013. The Responsib’All Day 2013 was the opportunity to reaffirm the five key commitments made by the Beers, Wine and Spirits Industry at the ICAP Conference in 2012.
For the second Responsib’All Day on 7 June 2012, Pernod Ricard put forward a clear message both internally and externally: no alcohol for minors and responsible drinking for young adults. Group employees from five continents delivered this message, from Sydney to São Paulo, Shanghai, New Delhi, Tokyo, Sofia and Johannesburg.
