ISay opinion survey

In 2013, Pernod Ricard launched its opinion survey ISAY, which was carried out for the first time in 2011 by Towers Watson independent agency. This year, the survey’s results demonstrate again the pride and strong commitment of the Group's employees. Scores are clearly above the industry average (“Fast Moving Consumer Goods”), and they keep improving.

The second edition of the Isay opinion survey, carried out in June 2013 among all Pernod Ricard’s employees, shows again an unprecedented commitment. Participation rate climbed up to 87%, which means a 7-point increase as compared to 2011.

Although the macroeconomic context is tougher, all items measured have changed for the better. They illustrate the teams' understanding of Pernod Ricard’s strategy and their attachment to corporate culture. 94% of its employees are proud to be part of the Group and fully embrace Pernod Ricard’s values. This represents a 1-point increase as compared to 2011. On these subjects, Pernod Ricard’s scores are 10 points higher than the industry average (FMCG).
The 2011 study allowed progression points to be identified, notably with respect to transversal cooperation, recognition, and diversity. In the course of these two years, various projects have been created to face this challenge, such as Chatter corporate social network, designed to “eradicate” silos and make interactions within the Group more fluid, or a taskforce focusing on diversity whose action plan is currently being implemented.

This opinion survey rewards the Group’s governance policy and human resources policy, which have been awarded the AGEFI corporate governance prix and the Human Capital trophies, respectively.
