Katinka Bock, winner of the Ricard Foundation Prize
Every year, the Prix Fondation d'entreprise Ricard is awarded to an emerging artist on the young French art scene, featured in an exhibition designed by an independent curator.
Since 1999, the Prix Fondation d'entreprise Ricard rewards an artist of the young French scene every year. For the 14th edition in October 2012, the Ricard Foundation Prize was attributed to German artist Katinka Bock, who usually works from simple items, mostly building materials. The Prize was awarded in the frame of the exhibition “évocateur”, designed by Elena Filipovic and presented at the Fondation d'entreprise Ricard until November 17th, 2012.
