Julia Massies

Julia Massies – Managing Director

Julia joined Pernod Ricard in 2001 as Business Development Manager, after five years of consulting experience in the UK, Brazil and France. She has since held various senior finance roles in Pernod Ricard UK and at Pernod Ricard HQ as VP, Financial Communication and Investor Relations, before being promoted to CFO of Pernod Ricard EMEA & LATAM in 2021. Recently appointed as Managing Director for Pernod Ricard UK, returning to the business after almost 10 years, Julia is committed to winning in market while delivering ambitious digital transformation, diversity and environmental roadmaps.

Ann-Marie Kilcline

Ann-Marie Kilcline - HR Director

Ann-Marie joined the Pernod Ricard UK Management Team in August 2024, having previously held the role of HR Director, Pernod Ricard Pacific, based in Sydney Australia. Moving to the UK in 2023, Ann-Marie most recently headed up the Talent & Learning Centre Of Excellence across all four UK-based Pernod Ricard businesses (Global Travel Retail, Chivas Brothers, Pernod Ricard UK and The Absolut Group). Cutting her teeth in the Marketing function as a graduate trainee for Unilever in her hometown of Dublin, Ireland, Ann-Marie’s career has seen her take on several marketing roles within large-scale FMCG companies such as Colgate, the Blacksmore Group and Danone before she made the switch to HR when she joined Pepsi-Co as Sales Capability Manager. Ann-Marie subsequently joined Diageo, based in Sydney in 2016. This was Ann-Marie’s first entry into the drinks industry before joining Pernod Ricard holding a number of positions over a four-year period including Commercial Capability Manager, Commercial Capability & Leadership Development Manager, Commercial Capability & Culture Lead and HR Business Partner & Commercial Capability Manager.

Aurélie Kane

Aurélie Kane

Aurélie Kane – Communications, S&R and Public Affairs Director, Pernod Ricard Northern Europe Management Entity

Aurélie joined Pernod Ricard UK in 2006 as Head of Corporate Communications, following eight years of consultancy experience. The role evolved to cover the full spectrum of Communications and Aurelie subsequently joined the UK Executive Committee. 

Her responsibilities have included: Sustainability and Responsibility, Public Affairs, internal communications and change management, global communications for our international portfolio of gin brands, as well as corporate, trade and consumer communications for the company’s full portfolio of premium wine, spirits and champagnes. In 2022, Aurelie was seconded to Chivas Brothers, the Pernod Ricard business dedicated to Scotch whisky,  as Global Communications and Sustainability Director.  In 2023, Aurelie started a new role as Communications, S&R and Public Affairs Director of the new Pernod Ricard Northern Europe Management Entity, including the UK market.

Ian Peart

Ian Peart – Commercial Director

Ian began a career in the drinks industry straight out of university, holding a variety of sales roles during a 13-year stint at Diageo. Joining Pernod Ricard UK in 2006 as Field Sales Director, he has since held several positions in the Commercial team, including: Field Sales Controller, Business Unit Controller – Grocery and Channel Director, On-Trade.

Taking on a newly created role of Business Development Director in 2017, Ian was responsible for identifying, developing and accelerating growth opportunities for Pernod Ricard in the UK, including the launch of the Group’s first non-alcoholic offering, CEDER’S. Following 14 years at Pernod Ricard UK, in 2020 Ian was welcomed onto the UK Executive Committee in his current role as Commercial Director.

Kamini Deva

Kamini Deva - Finance & Operations Director

Kamini joined Pernod Ricard UK in 2024 as Finance and Operations Director following an almost 12-year career at Pernod Ricard Winemakers, where she held numerous roles including: Senior Tax Analyst, Excise & Analytics Finance Manager, Brand Owner Business Analysis Manager, NZ Financial Controller, NZ Financial Controller & Project Manager and most recently, Strategic Projects Finance Manager. After graduating from The University of Auckland in 2008, and before joining the Pernod Ricard Group, Kamini began building her career in finance in her home country of New Zealand at Deloitte, growing her tax and M&A knowledge and experience. In her current role as Finance & Operations Director for Pernod Ricard UK, Kamini is responsible for Business Analysis (FP&A), Financial Control and Supply Chain.

Favourite cocktail at home: Salted Basil Cucumber Martini on hot days, or a Dry Gin Martini any other day.
Favourite bar: Because of the memories, Hotel DeBrett in my hometown.
Favourite moment of conviviality: Spontaneous evenings out with longtime friends & family.

Liam Murphy

Liam Murphy - Marketing Director

Having kick-started his career within the marketing agency world, specialising in campaign creation and delivery for companies such as O2 and Brown-Forman, Liam went on to pursue his passion for the drinks industry, working to help build challenger brands from the ground up. This led him to Pernod Ricard UK nearly 10 years ago where he continued to grow his expertise in marketing and commercial roles including Customer Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, Customer Business Unit Controller (Prestige). Most recently he has been heading up the team responsible for the marketing strategies and campaigns for our Vodka, Gin, Scotch Whisky, Liqueurs and Ready-To-Drink brands as Brand Director.

Favourite bar: Side Hustle, NoMad. Ask for a Del Maguey Spicy Margarita.

Richard Preston

Richard Preston – Transformation Director, Northern Europe Management Entity

Richard joined Pernod Ricard UK in 2017 as Revenue Growth Management Controller, before progressing to Head of Commercial Transformation. He took on the role of Strategy & Transformation Director in 2022, in which he leads a team of specialists covering Consumer & Shopper Insight, Category Management, RGM, Field Sales Planning and the Transformation Office. Richard and his team also work closely with HQ and EMEA on Group Transform and Accelerate projects to ensure Pernod Ricard UK is leveraging the power of PR Group thinking and, as a major market, giving input and insight to the Group roadmap.

Richard started his career at Kantar Worldpanel, before moving to Mars Confectionery to manage category development for various top grocers, and then to Coca-Cola European Partners to lead on revenue growth management. In 2023, Richard also became Transformation Director of the new Northern Europe Management Entity in addition to his current responsibilities.
