The Kyoto Distillery is Japan’s first artisanal gin distillery. Its flagship gin KI NO BI is a pioneer, using Japanese botanicals such as yuzu, hinoki cypress, bamboo, gyokuro tea and green peppercorns distilled in a rice-spirit base in a process that seeks konwa – the attainment of harmony through blending. Part of the Pernod Ricard group since 2020, KI NO BI is winning the highest honours, including the IWSC Contemporary Gin Trophy.

KI NO BI

KI NO BI (‘The Beauty of the Seasons’) is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. Our gin is made in a recognisable dry style but with a distinct Japanese accent.

KI NO TEA

KI NO BI with Gyokuro & Tencha. KI NO TEA is our product created by collaboration with tea-grower and blender, Horiishichimeien, founded in the Meiji era in 1879.

KI NO BI SEI

KI NO BI SEI is our high-proof bottling. In contrast to the original KI NO BI which has delicate and gentle profile, KI NO BI SEI has a thicker mouthfeel and full-bodied flavour, which pairs well in cocktails.
